About the project:
Work has started on this £6m redevelopment of a 1970s office building in the centre of Hull to create new apartments and an arcade of retail units. The work, which is due to complete in summer 2019, will include the transformation of the first, second and third floors of the building into 30, one- and two-bedroom apartments. In addition, an arcade of nine retails units will be created on the ground floor that fronts onto Market Place.
